Incredible staff, late check-in, spacious bedrooms, great location close to attractions, clean, comfortable beds.

They had two rooms. One with beds for the adults, the other was for the children. Perfect for privacy! Loved it!

The beds were pushed together for the adults but we couldn't sleep comfortable together since there was space in between the beds. If they can fix this then definately by far best simple and clean hotel so far!

Friendly staff. The restaurant is great, very nice dinners, breakfast is only ok but again the dinners are great.

The staff was accommodating for a late check-in. The rooms were spacious and clean. Convenient location with a nearby supermarket and restaurants. Pleasant bar with good cocktails. Easy access to attractions like CentrO and Movie Park.

Room was clean and comfortable though basic. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman at the Reception realized we were eligible for a lower rate and adjusted our bill accordingly.

Parking was a bit limited. Service at the restaurant was rather slow.

Nice and clean hotel with a very nice design, we had a good big enough room for 4 people, breakfast was good and there's a good free parking lot right in front of the hotel with plenty of space

You have to climb some stairs up to the hotel door from the parking lot and it's kind of a problem if you have a heavy suitcase. But that's ok as you have to do it only twice - when you arrive and depart. Wifi is free of charge but not available in the rooms. You have to go to the hall..

Located close to Europe's longest indoor ski slope and a quick taxi ride away from CentrO Oberhausen, the hotel has a convenient location. the car park is a shared facility with the local supermarket, providing ample space to park. For skiing enthusiasts, a stay here means easy access to the Alpincenter ski slope. the rooms are large, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms that are always spotless.

Despite the calm location, some of the rooms suffer from cigarette smoke smells that waft in from outside, making it difficult for non-smokers.

The restaurant, Charisma, is great!! The room was ok. Just fine for one night.

Small rooms

This budget hotel in Ruhrgebeit is a great option if you are looking for a clean, spacious place to stay. The location is perfect, very close to a shopping center and an Aldi supermarket, which is very convenient. , the hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help with any requests you may have. The outside area is nice for relaxing or to drink a beer and the room amenities make it worth the price.

You can hear some noise from adjacent rooms or the walkway. the rooms can be a bit stuffy and there is no AC to keep the room fresh on warmer days.

Used as a stopover on route to holiday destination. Excellent location, staff and roominess for 2 adults and 2 children

Very near to aldi grocoroes. We stayed here as it was a nearest location for Moviepark Germany.Nice Bar within the hotel. They serve a Veltin Beer for 2 euros which is very good.

However their is room for improvement for Breakfast arrangements, and interior..

For the price we paid, we got great value and a clean room that met all our needs. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to CentrO and Movie Park.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering more variety.

The place is comfortable and very clean. The staffs give very good first impression about the hotel.

Towel never changed in 3 nights Windows are way too big, anybody can see in your room.
